Can Laities Pa-form Or Bless A Holy Water?

   

   This is a process when we clarify between Ordained and the laity, When the catholic priest using the power of God given to them by Jesus Christ, which reaches  them through the Apostles, to bless water by putting the first and already blessed salt which is the 1st step into the ordinary water, the ordinary water is automatically change as no more water but a holy and a pure water. The Holy water will now become a sacramental for driving out many evil on our way and  curing diseases.

      E-li-sha did it to the men of Jericho when the land is not in a good condition, E-li-sha blessed and healed the water with salt, So the waters were healed on this day, according to the saying of E-li-sha. (2 KGS. 2:19-22). Likewise in the good book of (NUM. 5:17) The Priest shall take water in a vessel; & salt that is adding it to water, so the priest has the right to bless and call a water blessed, No other person has the power to bless water by putting some salt into it and call it a holy water except the priest.
