When the wine for the wedding is finished she went to her son and asked him for a wine and advising the disciples that what soever his (Blessed) Son asked you to do please do it.

When Angel Gabriel told Mary that Elizabeth is now six months pregnant, Our Blessed Mother Mary Immediately went to Zechariah's house and humbly staid/devotedly helped Elizabeth for about 3 months as a spiritual mother.
